Part 04: Stages of Teamwork

Teams proceed through a range of different stages, both in the short-term, and over a longer time horizon. Being able to recognize that teams go through different stages gives a participant an awareness of how they can engage, and normalize changes in team attitudes.

This series is adapted from a hybrid and in-person series delivered by IMOD in early 2025. Participants in the series engaged in discussion around these topics and earned a LinkedIN certificate.

This series draws primarily on two sources. The NIH Collaboration and Team Science Field Guide and the Strategies for Team Science Success Handbook. We have also drawn from a number of other key sources.
