Rachel Hogan, M.A. is a doctoral student at ASU Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College in the Educational Policy and Evaluation program. Prior to joining this degree, Rachel received her masters degree from KU in Globalism and Education Policy. They have worked at four universities, fulfilling roles in student support, course instruction, assessment and evaluation, and administrative leadership. Rachel has worked primarily in STEM programs, including Mechanical Engineering and Graduate Medical Education. They have recently published in topics of exam equity and student exam preparation. At present, Rachel's research interests include assessment access and equity, student retention, and medical education evaluation.
