The ACS Publication Chemistry of Materials has dedicated a Virtual Special Issue to Prof. Elsa Reichmanis in honor of her longstanding service to the journal and the scientific community. Elsa has made a number of substantial scientific contributions in a broad range of areas, including the design and development of polymer and organic-based materials, fundamental understanding of processes for electronics, photonics, and energy, and pioneering data science approaches for organic materials discovery and development. She has also been a tremendous servant to Chemistry of Materials since her first full editorial appointment at the journal as an Associate Editor in 1996.
